This christmas season we again present you with yet another German Christmas carol - this time from the 19th century. Together with Manzara Istanbul we mixed some arabesque into it. Nasreddin Hoca and Saint Nicholas become one person and ring the bell for you.

The xx are an English indie pop band, formed in Wandsworth, London in 2005. Oliver Sim and Romy Madley-Croft started the band as a duo when they
were 15. Guitarist Baria Qureshi joined once they began performing in
2005, with Jamie Smith joining a year after. Their debut album was released in August 2009 by British independent label Young Turks. It became an instant classic.

Daughter are an English indie folk band originating from London in 2010. Originally the solo work of Elena Tonra, they are now a trio with the addition of guitarist Igor Haefeli and drummer Remi Aguilella. After releasing three EPs in 2010 and 2011, they were signed by 4AD and are set to release their first full-length album, If You Leave, in March 2013.
They will be live on stage in Istanbul on April 2nd (tomorrow) at 9.30 pm. Nils Landgren is a famous trombone player born 1956 in Sweden. He was a member of the group "Blue Swede" - you might rember their number one hit "Hooked on a feeling". Although he released his first solo album "Planet Rock"
back in 1983 his international breakthrough began 1994
when he founded the "Funk Unit" with his companions playing a gig in
