Sabah Yildizi is a documentary about Sabahattin Ali, who was a Turkish novelist, short-story writer, poet and journalist. He was found killed at the Bulgarian border in April 1948.
It is believed that he was killed by Ali Ertekin, a smuggler with connections to the National Security Service.
Sabah Yildizi is directed by Metin Avdac and was sound edited and mixed at Studio Istanbul. It is currently shown until September 27th at Cinema Majestic. It will also be shown at the 19th International Golden Boll Film Festival in Adana.
